The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist is responsible for coordinating the implementation of Treasury solutions, onboarding and training new Treasury customers and supporting Treasury customers and internal staff. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

* Manage direct customer contact via telephone, in-person as needed.

* Directly responsible and accountable for coordinating implementation, onboarding, and training new Treasury Management customers (including but not limited to ACH, RBD, online wires, positive pay and other features available).

* Function as the primary liaison between the client, internal operations, third-party vendors and other areas throughout the complex implementation cycle.

* Document management of Treasury Management Agreements and other compliance related documentation.

* Assist customers in setting up NACHA formatted files for upload and SFTP file delivery.

* Assist customers in establishing file definitions for ACH template import data and positive pay check issue files.

* Assist customers with technical equipment installation (i.e., check scanner, security tokens, etc.) Be the escalation point for troubleshooting technical issues.

* Document all client interactions and relevant information in an accurate and timely manner.

* Analyze account activity data and establish proper limits for risk related solutions. Obtain appropriate approvals for total treasury exposure.

* Ensure analysis fee information is forwarded to the account analysis team for fee set up to improve revenue realization. Have a working knowledge of the account analysis system and it's purpose.

* Cross-sell appropriate solutions. Recognize and refer additional solutions to the Treasury Management Sales Officer.

* Training resource for Bankers and other internal staff.

* Analyze account activity data and establish proper limits for risk related solutions, obtain appropriate approvals.

* Be a subject matter expert for one or more of the basic Treasury solutions offered by Ameris Bank.

* Assist with bank conversions as directed.

* Assist with internal and external audits as directed. Participate in any subsequent remediation.

* Assist with Treasury Management special projects as directed.

* Work independently to meet team objectives.

* Foster a positive work environment and work well with others.

* Ability to approve Treasury exposure on ACH, online wires and remote deposit capture up to a $25,000.00 limit.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

* Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work well with others.

* Effective presentation skills via WebEx, Teams, and in-person as needed.

* Strong organization skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

* Knowledge of Treasury related systems.

* Knowledge of computers and operating systems.

* Familiar with navigating software systems.

Industry and Work Experience:

* Minimum 3-5 years of banking experience required.

* 2 years of experience in Treasury Management required.

Academic:

* High school diploma or GED required.

* Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
