Description

This position will be a part of the Exception Processing department within Bank Operations. The Exception Processing department is responsible for many critical tasks including, but not limited to, processing transactions that fail to post systematically, building check image return files, managing posting decisions for overdrawn accounts, handling government reclamations and state levies, and processing disputed ACH activity.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate efficiently on the phone and through email to internal customers and business partners
  • Aptitude for reading, understanding and following written procedures
  • Ability to escalate issues appropriately to management
  • Ability to work in a team environment where knowledge-sharing and cross-training is encouraged
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Experience with basic computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Previous banking experience and/or and Associates degree is preferred, but not required.
